Directions
Directions by car are as follows:
From Canterbury A2 going to Dover - Whitfield round-a-bout, take third exit to next round-a-bout, take 2nd exit ( 1st exit takes you to Tesco Supermarket ) Take 2nd left, should see a sign to museum and Harbour Board Social Club. Museum in buildings on left.
From Dover A2 going to Canterbury - join A2 top of Jubilee way, continue to next round-a-bout take first exit at Whitfield round-a-bout take third exit to next round-a-bout, take 2nd exit ( 1st exit takes you to Tesco Supermarket ) Take 2nd left, should see a sign to museum and Harbour Board Social Club. Museum in buildings on left.

Opening Times
"October to Easter" - Sundays only
Winter Sunday opening  11.00  to 15.00
  ( or when it gets dark and cold!!)
Road vehicles of all types from bicycles to buses. Model railway and tramway. Local transport history. Hundreds of models. Kent Coalfield items. Maritime Room. Bygone shops and 1930's garage. See exhibits being worked on.
Tea room open Sundays.
Adjustment to the price will be made if the museum needs to close a section for development.

Dover Transport Museum has disabled access throughout the museum and an accessible toilet. 
We look forward to welcoming you to the museum.
Bus services run from Priory Street
in
Dover town centre 
The buses arrive at Honeywood Road, from here walk towards the Tesco superstore, turn right into Menzies Road, and left into Willingdon Road. The Museum is located on the left.
